1. Shipping Information

– We use Australia Post to deliver our products. Australia Post offers reliable and efficient shipping services WORLDWIDE.

– Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery destination. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

– Shipping Timeframes: We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

DOMESTIC (Within Australia) 

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (depending on your location)
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (depending on your location)
  • Orders over $150 will receive FREE SHIPPING in AUS

INTERNATIONAL 

  • Standard Shipping: 7-25 business days (depending on your location).
  • International orders may be subject to customs clearance, which could result in additional fees depending on the destination country. Strive Wear is not responsible for any import liabilities, customs duties, or taxes that may be incurred.
  • Please note that Strive Wear will not cover any costs related to customs or be liable for delays caused by customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes applicable to their orders. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as location, weather conditions, and Australia Post’s processing times.

2. Order Processing

– Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

– Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the Australia Post website.

3. Delivery Information

– Delivery Address: Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

– Delivery Issues: If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as a missing or damaged package, please contact us immediately at admin@strivewear.net

We will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

– Signature on Delivery: For certain orders, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for your package, Australia Post will leave a notice with instructions on how to collect your parcel.

4. Shipping Restrictions

– Delivery Areas: We currently ship to addresses within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

– P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers: We are able to deliver to P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers. If you provide a P.O. Box or Parcel Locker address, please ensure it is accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays.
